Every Mother's Day, moms get a lot of gifts that are smiled over and socked away, never to be seen again. Sure, it's the thought that counts, but when those thoughts translate into more "#1 Mom" mugs taking up space in a landfill, Mother Earth takes the hit. There are really wonderful, eco-friendly Mother's Day gift ideas available that are unique and different, and perfect for people who are concerned about consumerism's environmental impact.
